You’ll do is an Australian exclamation of strong approval, affirmation, etc. Below is an example of this from author Ray Harris.
`He’ll do, Mat,’ he said softly. `You’d think he’d been driving steam engines for twenty years.’ –RAY HARRIS, 1954.
Of course, more generally it is known as a great Aussie compliment. The somewhat risque entry in one of our slang publications (we’ll leave it to you to find which one) had this example sentence:
He had muscles on his muscles and thighs like tree trunks. I looked at him and said ‘You’ll do’.
